If your pet is experiencing lameness or is unable to walk without assistance, we recommend that you consult your primary veterinarian prior to the initial chiropractic treatment. Your pet may need x-rays to rule out fracture or disease. Your vet may prescribe anti-inflammatory meds which could be helpful and will be fine in conjunction with chiropractic care.
IMPORTANT: Missouri law requires our patients to have a vet referral for chiropractic care. This is as simple as having a vet complete our referral form.
